Introducing the leader set to guide the Kingston Sentinels Women into our inaugural campaign:
Chad Beaulieu, the first Head Coach in Sentinels Women’s Soccer history!

Chad is the long-time head coach of the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) Women’s Soccer Program and a respected member of the Kingston soccer community. He brings extensive experience, holding a National B License, a High Performance Coaching certificate from the National Coaching Institute, and an MA in Leadership. His long-standing commitment to supporting and advancing women’s soccer makes him a strong fit for this role.

Chad will continue in his position at RMC while joining the Sentinels on a two-year agreement.

With a clear vision and deep understanding of the women’s game, Chad is prepared to shape our identity, strengthen our culture and guide the Sentinels Women as we begin our first chapter.

Speaking about joining the Sentinels, Chad shared the following message:

“As we prepare for our inaugural season in League1 Ontario, the Kingston Sentinels women’s soccer team’s purpose goes far beyond wins and losses. We want to inspire the next generation of female players, referees, coaches, and sport leaders across Kingston and Southeastern Ontario. The Kingston Sentinels will show young women and girls that they belong in every part of the beautiful game. Our journey must be inspirational to those who come next, so they can step forward with belief, conviction, and confidence.”

We are looking forward to seeing Chad lead our Women’s League1 program!
